The Knights Christen Cooker and a Holy Pot.  On Saturday, July 8, the St. Clare Knights of Columbus christened their new Cooker by smoking ribs, chicken, and making chili.  The initial burn in was not without a few lessons learned, as the surface burner got hot enough to burn through a light kitchen pot.
